Cancellation Policy for Hotel Aazaert Spa & Wellness

At Hotel Aazaert Spa & Wellness, we work with a dedicated team of independent therapists who offer their services by appointment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and respect the time of our therapists, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients and adjust the therapist’s schedule accordingly.

Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without providing any notice, the full treatment cost will be charged. This is because our therapists reserve their time and travel specifically for your appointment, and a no-show means they miss out on other work opportunities.
